Endless Trax Product Warranty
At Endless Trax, we are committed to providing products that deliver reliable performance when you need them most. Our Endless Power lithium LiFePO₄ batteries are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and qualifying product faults, subject to the terms outlined below.
This warranty applies in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Warranty Period
Endless Power LiFePO₄ batteries are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the applicable product terms and conditions.
Please retain your proof of purchase, as it may be required when making a warranty claim.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Subject to the conditions and exclusions below, the warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Faulty internal components under normal and intended use.
- Internal cell failure under normal operating conditions.
- Qualifying Battery Management System (BMS) faults.
The warranty applies to the battery product itself and does not automatically cover other equipment, installation costs, or system-related losses.
Warranty Conditions
To maintain warranty coverage, the battery must:
- Be installed correctly by a suitably qualified professional or in accordance with applicable installation requirements.
- Be used only for its intended purpose and within the published voltage, current, and temperature specifications.
- Be connected to compatible chargers, inverters, solar controllers, and other equipment.
- Have appropriate fusing, cable sizing, and electrical protection.
- Be regularly inspected and maintained in accordance with the product instructions.
- Be kept clean, dry, and protected from conditions that may damage the battery.
For technical installations, professional electrical advice is strongly recommended.
What Is Not Covered?
The limited warranty does not cover damage or faults caused by:
- Incorrect installation or improper system design.
- Use outside the specified voltage, current, or temperature limits.
- Incompatible chargers, inverters, solar regulators, or other equipment.
- Overcharging, excessive discharge, or operation outside the battery’s specifications.
- Physical damage, impact, dropping, crushing, or abuse.
- Water ingress, submersion, corrosion, or environmental damage.
- Unauthorised modification, disassembly, repair, or tampering.
- Bypassing or interfering with the Battery Management System (BMS).
- Failure to follow the product’s operating, maintenance, or storage instructions.
Warranty coverage may be affected if the battery has been used in an application for which it was not designed.

- Proof of purchase.
- Your order number, if available.
- The battery model and relevant product details.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Installation details, including the connected equipment where relevant.

Warranty Assessment and Resolution
After assessing your claim, and subject to applicable law, Endless Trax may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Repair of the battery.
- Replacement with an equivalent product.
- A partial or full refund, where applicable.
Any remedy will be determined in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the circumstances of the claim.
The warranty does not automatically cover installation expenses, vehicle or caravan repairs, damage to connected systems, loss of use, or business interruption, except where such costs or losses are recoverable under applicable law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, as well as compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced where they fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.
These statutory rights operate independently of, and in addition to, our limited warranty.
